ننشر لكم معلومات مهمة حول الكفالة الكنسية والشروط والاوراق المطلوبة وعناوين وروابط الكنائس التى تقبل الكفالة

كلام كثيرحول الكفالة الكنسية خصوصاً من المتابعين حديثاً لقوانين اللجوء و الهجرة الى كندا .
الحديث عن الهجرة الى كندا عن طريق كفالة الكنيسة، أصبح كل شخص يفسره حسب هواه دون دراية بالقوانين .
و اليوم سنحاول التطرق إلى الكفالة الكنسية في كندا  بشكل سريع، لأننا تطرقنا لها سابقاً .
أيضاً سنحاول توضيح بعض النقاط التي يتم الحديث عنها بشكل خاطي سواء عن عمد أو بدون عمد .

الكفالة الكنسية و الهجرة الى كندا

لم تختلف اجراءات الكفالة الكنائسية في كندا  عن ذي قبل، لكن ما اختلف هو المعلومات المتداولة حول الكفالة .
و تعتبر الهجرة الى كندا من خلال الكفالة الكنائسية، من أشهر و أسرع طرق الهجرة إلى كندا على الاطلاق .

مشكلة الكفالة الكنسية كندا  هو الحديث الخاطئ عن هذا النوع من الهجرة و الذي صعب الأمور على الكثير من الناس .

شروط الكفالة الكنائسية

الشرط الأول لكي يتمكن أي شخص من الهجرة الى كندا عن طريق الكفالة الكنسية  هو وجود الكفيل .
هذا الشرط موجود من قبل، لكن يتم الحديث عنه الآن كأنه شئ جديد، و كأنه لم يكن شيئاً موجوداً من قبل .
الشئ الأسوأ من ذلك، هو خلط الكثير ممن يتحدثون عن الأمر بين الكفالة الخماسية في كندا، و الكفالة الكنسية .
فتجد من يتحدث عن اشتراط الكنيسة وجود 5 كفلاء لكي يصبح الشخص مؤهل للهجرة إلى كندا بالكفالة الكنسية .
بالطبع هذا الشرط غير حقيقي، لأن شروط الكفالة الكنسية، تختلف عن شروط الكفالة الخماسية الى كندا .

كفيل واحد يكفي للكفالة الكنسية

الكفالة الخاصة في كندا  أو كفالة الكنيسة كما تعرف، تشترط وجود كفيل واحد فقط و ليس 5 كفلاء .
يقوم هذا الكفيل بتقديم مبلغ كفالة مالي يقدر بقرابة الـ 13 ألف دولار للكنيسة كضمان مالي للإنفاق على الشخص بعد الوصول إلى كندا .
المبلغ المطلوب للكفالة الكنسية في كندا، يختلف من كنيسة إلى أخرى حسب مدينة و تواجد الكنيسة في كندا .
مكان الكنائس التي تقدم الكفالة الكنسية في كندا يحدد بشكل كبير الضمانة أو المبلغ المالي الذي من المفترض دفعه .
و في كافة الأحوال، المبلغ المالي المطلوب للكفالة الكنسية في كندا، لا يختلف كثيراً بين الكنائس الكندية التي تقدم الكفالة .
هل تأخذ الكنائس الأموال لنفسها
بالطبع لا، و لكن الكنائس هى الكفيل أمام الحكومة الكندية عند قدوم الشخص إلى كندا، و هى لا ترغب بأن تكون عرضة للمسائلة .
و الكنيسة تأخذ المبلغ المالي، و من ثم تمنحه للشخص القادم إلى كندا للإنفاق على نفسه بعد القدوم إلى كندا .
و السبب في فعل ذلك، هو أن الكنيسة ترغب في مساعدة الناس، لكنها لا ترغب في أن يأتي الأشخاص إلى كندا بدون داعم .

و عدم وجود داعم و كفيل، يعني أن الشخص عندما يأتي إلى كندا، يكون في حاجة إلى دعم الحكومة، لذلك وجود كفيل عن طريق الكنيسة أمر هام .

بعد الوصول إلى كندا عن طريق كفالة الكنيسة

الكنائس التي تقدم الكفالة الكنسية في كندا تحصل الأموال من الكفلاء، و لكن بعد وصل المكفول إلى كندا، تقوم الكنيسة بمنح الشخص المكفول راتب شهري من المبلغ لمدة عام .
مدة الكفالة الكنسية أو المدة التي يمكن بها الوصول إلى كندا عن طريق الكفالة الكنائسية ليست طويلة .
و يمكن الوصول إلى كندا عبر الكفالة الكنيسة خلال 6 أشهر، لكن تختلف مدة الكفالة الكنسية من شخص إلى آخر .

من يمكنه الهجرة الى كندا عن طريق الكفالة الكنائسية

المتواجدين خارج بلادهم
هذا النوع من الكفالة مخصص للأشخاص المتواجدين خارج بلادهم و يبحثون عن وسيلة للجوء و الهجرة للإقامة في كندا .
هذا النوع من الكفالة كان يشترط وجود بطاقة تسجيل اللاجئ في الأمم المتحدة، لكن الآن البطاقة غير مطلوبة، فما يهم هو تواجد اللاجئ خارج بلده .
الجنسيات التي لا يتم منهم طلب بطاقة التسجيل في الأمم المتحدة، هم مواطني العراق و سوريا، أما بقية مواطني دول العالم، يمكنهم السؤال في المفوضية عن الأمر .

الكفالة الكنائسية  لا تشترط دين معين

من الأشياء التي يتم الحديث عنها بكثرة من بداية هذا العام، أن الكفالة الكنسية  مخصصة للمسيحيين فقط .
بالطبع هذا الأمر خطأ تماماً، و لم تكن الكفالة الكنائسية في كندا مخصصة في يوم ما لدين معين، و هى فقط تكون عن طريق الكنيسة .

هل يجب أن يكون الكفيل شقيق أو قريب درجة أولى ؟

هذا الأمر أيضاً من الأمور الخاطئة التي يتم الحديث عنها حول الكفالة الكنسية و هو شرط أن يكون الكفيل قريب .
كفالة الكنيسة تشترط وجود كفيل، لكن لا تشترط أن يكون الكفيل قريب أو صديق أو شقيق للشخص المكفول .
و بناءً على هذا الأمر، يمكن لأي مقيم دائم في كندا، العمل على اجراءات الكفالة الكنسية لأي شخص خارج كندا .
مشكلة الثقة و الخوف من النصب عن طريق الكفالة
الكثير من الأشخاص يسألون عن الشئ الذي يمكن أن يضمن دفع الأموال لشخص غير معروف، فمن الممكن أن لا يدفع هذا الشخص للكنيسة مبلغ الكفالة .
هنا لا يوجد شئ مضمون، لكن في غالب الحالات، الدفع يكون لشخص ثقة يعرفه الشخص المتواجد خارج كندا .
و في معظم الحالات، الأشخاص في كندا يفضلون عدم اشغال أنفسهم بأمور الكفالة من البداية، إلا اذا كان الشخص المتواجد في كندا يعرف الشخص المتواجد خارج كندا، أو أن هذا الشخص يتخذ الأمر ذريعة للنصب .
